Unit 3 is an 660sq.ft office, which is divided into 3 areas.

An open plan main office area, which has a small tea making facility, and a mid-size separate glazed office, useful for holding meetings or as a private office.

External to the office are shared toilets and kitchen facilities, these are cleaned and maintained by the landlords in house team.                                                                                                          Any problems we deal with it.

Parking spaces are provided in the private car park which are covered by  CCTV.

Charges are as follows:-

Rent @ £14.76 per sq.£9,74500pa + VAT

Service Charge @ £12.50 per Sq. ft         £8,250pa + VAT

The service charge which includes all electric, heating, water, and office waste disposal.

This is charged on account and reconciled to actual cost annually.

Buildings Insurance @ £0.52 per Sq. ft   £343.20 pa + VAT

Total for year 1 - £18,338.20pa + VAT

We have our very own dedicated Broadband Connection which can be used.

There is a charge of £50per month + VAT. This includes connection, router and set up.
