Some of you may know me from my previous work within the units as Joelle Couture Aesthetics.
My work has since evolved, and I now hold space through The Zen Den, offering sound baths, guided meditation, and grounding-based ceremonial practices.
Throughout January, I’ll be offering complimentary 1-hour aerial sound bath sessions over a two-week period, available during both daytime and evening slots, for anyone who works within the units and feels called.
These sessions are a gentle reset for the body and mind. No experience needed.
An aerial sound bath takes place while you rest comfortably in a fabric hammock, gently suspended, allowing the body to fully relax while sound and vibration support deep nervous system rest.
Spaces are limited and booking is required.
