A: Both sites are covered by full CCTV. The gates to the sites are secured in the evening and the sites are monitored by a central station.
Q: What type/term of Agreements are available and Springfield and Hill Top?
A: A 24 week licence or a lease of a term to be agreed can be taken. The agreements are prepared in house, thus reducing costs and time.
Q: What does the service charge cover?
A: The landlord in the case of Springfield and Hill Top is responsible for the external maintenance of the property, the maintaining, cleaning and gardening of the common parts.
Q: Why is the landlord responsible initially for the cost of water and environmental services?
A: Springfield and Holl Top are both multi-occupied sites and water cannot be metered to each unit by Yorkshire Water. The service is recharged based in the size of each unit.

Q: How are rents paid?
