Professional Career

I am a chartered surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property and asset management across Yorkshire and the UK. Like the rest of the Gaunts team, I'm based at Springfield Mills in Farsley.

I was at JLL for 27 years, dealing with assets across the UK, and heading up the Property and Asset Team in Leeds, with an extensive portfolio of properties across Yorkshire and the North East. Before making the move to Gaunts, I was at CBRE for just over 2 years overseeing a large team responsible for office, industrial and retail assets across the UK.

Role within the company

In charge of day to day running and on-going strategic development of the company. As well as developing the portfolio, I am keen to raise our profile, update the company’s online presence, and improve brand recognition.
